Pritesh is a Chartered Architect with more than a decade of experience across architecture, planning, Building Regulations, construction and project delivery.

His career has developed beyond the traditional boundaries of architectural practice. He has led multidisciplinary teams, coordinated complex residential developments and worked directly with the commercial, technical and practical decisions that determine whether a project succeeds.

That breadth shapes the Banyan Projects approach: understand the asset, identify the strongest route, manage risk and organise delivery around the outcome.
